Joël Krapf has been facilitating and leading organizational transformations for over 10 years. He currently supports organizations on their digital journey as a Senior Manager and Country Lead of the Business Agility & Transformation Practice at Accenture. Previously, he was Head Lean Portfolio and Agile Transformation at Migros, Senior Consultant at PwC and Agile Culture Lead at Swiss Post.

Joël has published various books and articles on Business Agility and is regularly invited as a keynote speaker at conferences. On LinkedIn, around 30,000 people follow him and his posts. Joël holds a PhD in Business Agility and Transformation from the University of St.Gallen and is currently completing an Executive Master in Applied Technology at ETH Zurich.
