Beate Graziola's expertise lies in HCM/HR consulting, with a career spanning over 20 years. She has gained extensive international experience in Talent Management and HCM, having worked in countries such as India, Singapore, South Africa, USA, Switzerland, and Italy. Her focus has been on leading major global HCM transformation, implementation, and rollout projects.
Currently, Beate Graziola is leading the Delivery Excellence for global HCM Cloud transitions and process management. Her role involved in the past assisting DAX companies in global talent management process redesign, conducting process audits, and implementing employee attraction and retention initiatives.
