Magdalena Hürlimann has worked in various industries, empowering her teams to work in a high-performance, self-organized way. As a servant leader, she coaches and supports her product teams to deliver value incrementally. She aims to increase individual and overall team performance. Her strength and passion reside in helping teams become more than the sum of their parts.

Magdalena has lived and studied in Milan (IT), Kingston (CA), and St. Gallen (CH). She holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from the University of St. Gallen (thesis in the area of Organizational Psychology) and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University (thesis in the area of Technology & Innovation).
