Started my Atlassian career in Jira Service Desk now Jira Service Management. This is one of my most knowledgeable areas of the Atlassian so stack. I understand and proficient in Opsgenie, and Statuspage and their connection to JSM. Created multiple types of change Management process with Jira/JSM and Confluence. Build agile workflows and reporting for Development teams to help with sprint management and reporting. I have done a few migrations from server, data center to cloud. I have also migrated teams from other services to Jira. Some of which include clickup, Azure DevOps, Asana, Mantis, and home grown solutions. I continue to help the Atlassian Community and stay in the loop by being a beta tester. I take every opportunity to work with Atlassian on new features implementation to provide administration feedback.

As the Product Marketing Manager for the Actonic app "Data Protection and Security Toolkit", among others, Andreas has talked to a number of customers about their privacy and compliance needs to determine how this app can help meet those requirements. In this panel, Andreas will be happy to look at different aspects of safeguarding personal data, the process of anonymization, and the underlying laws and regulations.

Despite his age, Bill has had a broad range of roles within ITSM and has gained valuable experience from every corner of the industry. He spent his past lives at Navy Federal Credit Union, International Paper, IBM, and as CEO of his own firm. He is currently serving as an Atlassian Expert with catworkx, helping customers implement and maintain enterprise integrations around the Atlassian toolset.

Brittany is a productivity nerd who wants to work less! She loves finding (and building) tech to make that happen. Author of the ultimate Trello newsletter and the book Supercharging Productivity with Trello, she is the go to authority on all things Trello.

Christian Reichert is a network security veteran, as well as Co-Founder of resolution. Ever since joining the Atlassian Marketplace shortly after its creation in 2012, he wanted to create useful apps that make users' lives easier. Chris is not only fascinated by the evolution of AI but also an avid explorer of opportunities and possibilities within the field of AI.

Clara Roder has been organizing the Partner Info Session in Las Vegas with her team for the last three years. She started her career in marketing and transitioned into the tech industry with Seibert in 2020. As the former Head of Channel, she has attended most partner events in recent years and has been passionate about all things related to products ever since. Since 2024, she has been building Seibert's internal product organization and helping scale it to the US.

Barbara is not afraid of change. After diving deep into research during her studies and getting a PhD in theoretical computer science, she switched gears to a more hands-on career as a technical consultant at Decadis in 2021. In that position, she worked together with various customers to bring their requirements to life. All that she learned during that about working with and administrating Life in Jira, she is now bringing into her new role as a Product Owner for a part of Decadis app portfolio.

At B&B Hotels she is responsible to implement and administer a functional intranet solution in her role as a Senior Application Specialist.

Erica "Milkshake" Larson, IT Business Relationship Manager, Atlassian Community Leader - Boise (pronounced BOY-C), Idaho. Erica became an Atlassian admin in 2015 during her time mastering the art of scrum. She has navigated server, data center, and cloud landscapes while weathering re-orgs, migrations, and stakeholders. Erica is always on lookout for trails to process improvements and finding the best tools for her knapsack.
