Started my Atlassian career in Jira Service Desk now Jira Service Management. This is one of my most knowledgeable areas of the Atlassian so stack. I understand and proficient in Opsgenie, and Statuspage and their connection to JSM. Created multiple types of change Management process with Jira/JSM and Confluence. Build agile workflows and reporting for Development teams to help with sprint management and reporting. I have done a few migrations from server, data center to cloud. I have also migrated teams from other services to Jira. Some of which include clickup, Azure DevOps, Asana, Mantis, and home grown solutions. I continue to help the Atlassian Community and stay in the loop by being a beta tester. I take every opportunity to work with Atlassian on new features implementation to provide administration feedback.
